Let your little light shine!

I believe the order of the universe is God, self, others and things. But I haven’t always been a woman of faith—not by a long shot! The process of learning to live from the center out has been exciting, amazing and arduous. It’s also fulfilling, satisfying and right in ways I could only imagine when I was a confused young seeker many years ago.

Along the way I have had many mentors, guides, nurturers and coaches. And I’ve had many opportunities to share what I’ve learned in my writings. About a year ago I asked God for more clarity about how I could be helpful to spiritual seekers. God said, “Bring them to me.” I have since discerned that this means to work more directly with individuals and groups who are looking for the riches of a deeply experienced inner life.

I offer active listening, gentle questions and tailored suggestions based on your own unique experience. We can work one-on-one or in groups; the first session is free, by phone or in person in the Red Bank, New Jersey  area.
