Actively refraining from sugar, wheat and flour, 24 years. Maintaining 100 pound weight loss, 22 years. Actively maintain abundant peer support network.
Psychotherapy Participant in one-on-one and group therapy for abuse and trauma issues, as needed, four hand-picked professionals, 40 years.
